Pineapple Juice Cake

Orange Juice Cake recipe

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 large eggs

Glaze

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a Bundt pan.

Cake

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, pineapple juice and eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes, and use a skewer or toothpick to poke holes in the cake.

Glaze

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the glaze over the warm cake and let sit for at least 10 minutes before turning the cake out onto a plate.
