V8 Splash Pound Cake

1 box (about 16 ounces) pound cake mix
3/4 cup V8 Splash Berry Blend *
2 eggs
Easy Glaze

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

MIX cake mix, Splash and eggs according to package directions, substituting Splash for water. Pour into prepared pan.

BAKE 45 minutes or until done.

COOL on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Drizzle with Easy Glaze.

Serves 8 to 10.

Easy Glaze: Mix 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons V8 Splash Berry Blend* until smooth. Pour over cooled cake.

* Also delicious with V8 Splash Tropical Blend, Orange Pineapple, Strawberry Banana and Grape Blend.
