1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 eggs, beaten
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together cake mix, egg and butter. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together confectioners' sugar, beaten eggs, softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Spread mixture over the bottom layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until top layer turns golden brown.
