Lemon Squares recipe

1 (18.25 ounce) white cake mix
1 egg
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 heaping tablespoon lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and vegetable oil until crumbly. Put 1/2 of mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees F.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of crumb mixture. Put remaining crumb mixture on top and bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares.
