Cake:
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups grated coconut
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups walnuts
Frosting:
16 ounces confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Mix all cake ingredients together well with a spoon and bake in a 13 x 9-inch
baking pan at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
After the cake has cooled and while still hot, spread 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
over the top of the cake. After the cake has cooled completely, frost with frosting.
To make the frosting, mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl with
an electric mixer.
