Lazy Daisy Cake recipe

Beat:

2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Heat 1/2 cup milk and add 2 tablespoons butter. Add to the above mixture and mix well. This will be a thin batter. Bake in a prepared 9 x 13-inch baking pan in a 375 degree F oven until done. When cake is done pour the following mixture over the top.

Icing:
9 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup coconut

Mix and pour over top of cake. Return to oven for a few minutes, to lightly brown the coconut. Then remove from oven.
