Skor Raspberry Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Oreo cookie crust mix
- 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened slightly
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup light plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Skor candy bar, chopped
- Raspberry pie filling
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a heart-shape pan, 8 inch square cake pan or a small springform pan. If you are using a nonstick pan, there is no need to grease.
- Prepare the Oreo cookie crust according to the package directions for 1 cake or pie.
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and Skor candy bar. Mix with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes. The cream cheese should be just about blended in.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, and bake for 30 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and just leave it in the pan to cool for 1 hour.
- Spread the raspberry pie filling over the cooled cheesecake and place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
