Monkey Knox Blox

Ingredients

• 4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups orange juice, heated to boiling
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 bananas, chopped

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix Knox unflavored gelatine with sugar.
2. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
3. With a wire whip or rotary beater, blend in peanut butter. Add bananas.
4. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch square pan and chill until firm.
5. To serve, cut into 1 inch squares.
