Peanut Pudding Drops

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) box regular chocolate pudding
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup unsalted peanuts

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except peanuts in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Lower heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and add peanuts.
3. Beat candy with a wooden spoon until it starts to thicken.
4. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper.
