Apple Pepper Jelly
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup hot pepper (jalapeno, habanero), finely minced
- 2 1/2 cups apple juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 cups granulated sugar
- 1 package pectin
- 3/4 cup water
- Few drops green food coloring
Instructions
- Mix first four ingredients. Boil pectin and water for one minute.
- Add green food coloring. Stir all together until sugar is entirely dissolved.
- Strain, and pour immediately into sterilized jars.
