1 layer raw potatoes, sliced
1 layer onions
1 layer 1-inch bacon strips (uncooked)
1 layer celery or green pepper, sliced (optional)
1 layer carrot
1 layer small meatballs, uncooked
1 layer cheese slices
3 tablespoon rice, uncooked
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
Butter sides of baking dish. Arrange ingredients in layers. Mix soup and milk, pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
