Baked Pork Chops Supreme recipe

6 pork chopsbr /> 1 teaspoon salt
Pepper
4 large potatoes, sliced about 1/4-inch thick
1 large onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

Brown chops. Remove chops and deglaze the skillet with water. Put chops into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Lay potato slices over to completely cover; salt and pepper. Cover with onion, then spoon soup over the top. Drizzle all over with the deglaze liquid from skillet. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees F for at least 1 hour.
