Pork Steak Casserole recipe

Slightly brown four loin-cut pork steaks. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch oven-proof baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bring the following to a boil:

1 cup catsup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water

Pour over steaks. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
