Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1 pound American cheese, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pound fried bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine first four ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with bacon.
  2. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees F.
