It is claimed that this soup is excellent for a cold or a hangover!
Olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Dry French bread, broken into small chunks
3 eggs
Chopped parsley
Water
Coat bottom of cast iron frying pan with oil. Add garlic and brown. Add bread
and stir to coat. Add parsley. Add water to cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
Add eggs by either stirring them in or poaching them.
