Aunt Chilada's El Diablo Margarita

1 3/4 ounces tequila
3/4 ounce Cointreau
10 ounces margarita mix
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1 lime wedge
Kosher salt
Trace a wedge of lime around the rim of a margarita glass and dip the glass
in a plate of salt. Fill the glass with ice and add liquid ingredients in the
order listed, topping with the Grand Marnier. Garnish with the lime wedge and
a straw.
