Baxter's Interurban Grill Tutamare recipe

1 ounce salmon
1 ounce tuna
1 ounce scallops
2 ounces shrimp
2 tablespoons onions
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons tomato
6 ounces cooked penne
3 ounces extra virgin olive oil

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for two minutes. Add fish, scallops, and shrimp. Cook another three minutes or so. Add tomatoes, fresh herbs, and pasta; mix until pasta is hot.
