Boder's on the River Fried Chicken
This is a tiny bit different than most, but incredible!
Ingredients
- Chicken parts
- Salt
- Butter, softened
- Melted butter
Instructions
- Wash and dry chicken parts. Salt chicken lightly and rub softened butter all over.
- In large skillet, deep fry chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer to baking pan, breast down, and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes and remove.
- Brush with melted butter and serve.
