Bugaboo Creek Smashed Potatoes

Here's how I was told they were done (I asked one of the cooks I know).

Ingredients

  • Red potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the red potatoes whole until soft. Drain water.
  2. Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and garlic powder and smash them.

Notes

Sorry I don't know the measurements, but I judge it to taste and by diggety they taste just like them.
