Brooklyn Cafe Candied Matzo for Passover recipe

4 sheets matzo
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 foil pan with small lip

In a pan mix and melt butter and brown sugar. Bring mix to a boil and keep stirring. Take off heat when thick.

Lay matzo in pan. Pour mix over matzo. Bake at 400 degrees F for about six minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate (nuts, white chocolate, colored sprinkles optional). Put in freezer. Break apart and eat.
