Cafe Terrace Chicken Marsala and Pineapple

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
10 tablespoons pineapple, diced
8 ounces Marsala wine
Salt, to taste
Thinly slice chicken and pound flat. Coat with flour and saut in butter,
adding salt, until golden brown. Add pineapple and wine. Cook until sauce is
reduced to creamy texture.
