Cafe Terrace Chicken Marsala and Pineapple recipe

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
10 tablespoons pineapple, diced
8 ounces Marsala wine
Salt, to taste

Thinly slice chicken and pound flat. Coat with flour and saut� in butter, adding salt, until golden brown. Add pineapple and wine. Cook until sauce is reduced to creamy texture.
