Chi Chi's Chili Con Queso
1 pound Velveeta
1 (4 ounce) can chiles
4 ounces chopped pimentos
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Half-and-half - equal amount to melted cheese
Melt Velveeta cheese in a microwave until it becomes stirrable.
Combine an equal amount of half and half and mix thoroughly. Add chilis and pimientos. Microwave again until the mixture is hot. Pour into small bowls and cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight. Don't leave this step out.
Put the bowl in the microwave, heat, stir and enjoy.
