Chili's Electric Lemonade

1 1/4 ounces vodka (Bacardi Limon if you please)
1/2 ounce Blue Cura ao
2 ounces sweet and sour mix

Mix in a mixer, top with a splash of 7-Up, and garnish with lemon squeeze.
