Guadalajara Grill Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 Hass avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped serrano or jalapeno chile
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half; remove the pit and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix gently, criss-crossing two spoons in the bowl, leaving the avocado in small chunks.
