Hideaway Inn Bed & Breakfast Festive Egg Squares recipe

1 pound sausage, cooked, drained
12 eggs
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 cup milk or cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 1/4 cups Bisquick

Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and cheese in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

12 servings.

May be prepared the night before and baked the next morning.

*Put a side dish of picante sauce on the table for anyone who wants to spice up their lives a little.
