Joe's Crab Shack Harvest Bay Mahi Mahi

Serves: 4

4 mahi mahi fillets
1/2 cup garlic butter
1/2 cup salad shrimp
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Grill mahi mahi until cooked through and browned. Saute shrimp and mushrooms in garlic butter for 2 to3 minutes. Stir in Alfredo sauce and dill weed. Pour sauce over mahi.
