Malee's Thai Bistro Paradise Roll

Source: Malee's Thai Bistro, Scottsdale, Arizona - Chef Chef Johnny Juron

3 ounces tuna
1 soy paper
1 1/2 ounces crab meat
1/4 mango
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon ponzu

Beat tuna until flat.

Place soy paper on tuna, then add crab, mango and avocado. Roll cut into eatable pieces and add ponzu sauce.
