McGill's Restaurant Pasta with Maine Lobster

1 1/2 cups mixed pasta
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons compound butter
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon lobster base
1/2 cup langostinos
1/2 cup lobster meat
1 pint heavy cream
2 ounces Madeira
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lobster claw

Cook lobster claw in simmering water.

In a medium saut� pan, cook mushrooms, garlic, lobster base, langostinos, and slipper meat, in compound butter until softened.

Deglaze pan with Madeira.

Add heavy cream and reduce by one-third.

Add Parmesan cheese. Add mixed pasta and toss to coat. Cook until incorporated.

Serve in heated bowl garnished with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and lobster claw.
