Mezcal Bar and Grill Sonoran Apple
Source: Mezcal Bar and Grill, Phoenix, Arizona
1 1/4 ounces tequila
1/4 ounce apple schnapps
1/2 ounce sweet and sour mix
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
1 apple slice for garnish
1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Shake tequila, schnapps, sweet and sour mix, sugar and cinnamon well with
ice. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon
stick.
Makes 1 serving.
