Michael Due West Ranch House Dressing recipe

Source: Michael's is located in Annapolis. The recipe came from a book by Terri M. Long, Annapolis A La Carte.

2 cups buttermilk
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 or 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
