Mission Street Cafe Chicken Dressing

6 cups wheat bread
6 cups white bread
6 cups corn bread
6 eggs
6 cups chicken stock
5 chicken breasts
1/4 cup chicken bouillon - wet pack
1/2 cup sage
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup shaved carrots

Mix eggs well, combine all ingredients, bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon how well done you like it.
