This is a clone that was posted by a regular at the Top Secret Recipe Board. I haven't tested it yet and don't know if it's close but, if you'd like to try it, it's yours.

Note: I made this once! Good stuff... what I did:

2 cups medium white sauce
8 smoked Gouda
2 or 3 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Heat slowly until cheese is melted.
