Palomino Euro Bistro Palini

This is Sean Beggs' signature drink. Sean insists that topping off the Palini with a bit of Champagne adds to bliss. Enjoy!

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups peach nectar
  • 2 ounces peach Schnapps
  • 1 ounce Creme de Cassis
  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Fresh peach slices (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Fill blender three-quarters full with ice cubes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth and garnish with lime wedges.
