Nonstick vegetable spray
Choice of: chili powder, onion powder, garlic
    powder, grated parmesan cheese, or cinnamon

Pop corn without using oil. Season to taste with any of the choices above. If the popcorn is sprayed with a non-stick vegetable coating while hot, the seasonings will stick better.
