St. Louis Bread Company Roast Beef on Toasted Nine-Grain recipe

1 loaf nine-grain bread from St. Louis Bread
    Company, thinly sliced
Roast beef slices
Dijon mustard
Fresh basil, chopped

Toast slices of nine-grain bread. Cut into interesting shapes, i.e., hearts, diamonds, etc. Top with small slices of roast beef and a dab of mustard. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
