Shoney's Syrup

This is delicious on vanilla ice cream!

2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter

Mix dry ingredients in small saucepan; add water. Cook until smooth. Cool. Add butter and vanilla extract.
