Taco Bell Taco Sauce

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons dry minced onions
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir well. Simmer at a very low temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. May be kept in refrigerator for several days.
