The Pueblo Grill Guacamole Dip

5 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium tomato, chopped
1/8 medium onion, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sour cream
Salt to taste

Mash the avocados with a whisk or potato masher. Place in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend together to desired consistency.

Variation: For a chunky-style, blend together with the whisk (don't use the blender.)
