Gingerbread Play Dough

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Ground cinnamon
Ground ginger

Mix all ingredients and cook in a heavy saucepan over medium heat while stirring frequently. When it begins to pull away from the sides of the pan, remove from the heat and knead until smooth. Store in an air tight container.
