Play-Doh

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Food coloring

Mix together all ingredients and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Stir well. Add food coloring. Store in a plastic container. Kids love it and it is easier to clean up.
