Tissue Paper Pictures craft

1 inexpensive picture frame with glass
Various colors tissue paper
Tiny bit of water
White glue

Mix water with white glue. Wad small strips of various colors of tissue paper (the kind used for wrapping gifts) into balls or various shapes. Stick onto the picture frame mat, let dry, then assemble the picture frame with the glass.
