Christmas Snow craft

1/3 cup liquid starch
1 cup soap flakes or detergent
1 to 2 tablespoons water
Blue food coloring or Wonder Colors

Mix liquid starch into soap flakes, add the water and beat with a rotary beater until the mixture has the consistency of marshmallow fluff or thick meringue. Beat in the blue food coloring or Wonder Colors drop by drop to achieve a white, icy effect.

To use, dab the snow onto the tops of green branches in various patterns, using a clean paintbrush.

You may use sequins and glitter from your sewing basket to sprinkle on top of the snow.
