Chinese New Year Recipes

Ginger Beef

1 pound tender beef, sliced 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick
4 green onions, cut in 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup sliced ginger
1-2 teaspoons oyster sauce
Salt
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
Cornstarch
Soy sauce (optional)
Ajinomoto (dash)

In oil, fry beef and add ginger, green onion; cook 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, oyster sauce, salt to taste, dash of Ajinomoto. Thicken with cornstarch.
