Cranberry Snow recipe

1 (32 ounce) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
1 quart pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale

Mix first four ingredients together; stir in ice cream.

Beat whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into first mixture.

Add ginger ale just before serving.

Yields 5 quarts.
