Pineapple Wassail

Juices:
4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice (1 large can)
2 cups apple cider
1 cups orange juice (canned or diluted frozen)
1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar

Spices:
1 (6-inch) stick cinnamon, broken into pieces
1 teaspoon whole cloves
4 cardamom seeds, crushed or 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground

Combine juices in stove top coffee pot. Put spices in top filter of coffee pot. Heat to boil, then turn down and simmer on medium-low to low for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Makes 2 quarts.
