1/3 cup brown sugar packed
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 tablespoons cold cubed butter
2/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
3 tablespoons molasses

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a food processor blend all the dry ingredients. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture is mealy or coarse. Add the raisins.
