Grand Marnier Balls

Yield: 3 1/2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • 7 semisweet chocolate squares, melted
  • 3 cups chocolate Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Put cream, butter and sugar into saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring often. Remove from heat.
  2. Add Grand Marnier, chocolate and Graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 42 balls.
  4. Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
  5. Chill or freeze.
