1 1/2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh fruit of your choice, diced
In small mixing bowl combine Amaretto and brown sugar. Add sour cream and
mix well. Prepare at least 2 hours before serving. Stir occasionally to dissolve
brown sugar.
To serve, spoon fruit into martini glasses. Drizzle with sauce.
This is particularly good with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and
green grapes.
Serves 4.
