1 box brownie mix
1 (4 serving size) box raspberry Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
3 cups cold milk
2 (4 serving size) boxes vanilla Instant pudding
2 cups raspberries
1 cup thawed Cool Whip
Bake brownies according to package directions. Cool completely and cut into
1-inch squares. Layer in the bottom of a trifle bowl.
Stir boiling water into dry Jell-O in medium bowl. Stir at least 2 minutes
or until completely dissolved. Add ice, then stir until ice is melted and Jell-O
begins to thicken. When Jell-O begins to thicken pour over brownies in trifle
bowl.
Pour milk into separate bowl, then add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire
whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon pudding over Jell-O. Refrigerate
until ready to serve.
Just before serving, top with a layer of raspberries and Cool Whip. Keep
refrigerated.
