Cappuccino-Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix
1 dozen or 12 servings, 1 muffin each
2 cups flour
4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Suisse Mocha
2 1/2 teaspoons CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
LAYER ingredients in 1 1/2-quart glass canister or jar in the following order
(from bottom to top): flour, chocolate, sugar, flavored instant coffee, baking
powder, cinnamon and salt, tapping jar gently on counter to settle each layer
before adding the next layer. Cover.
ATTACH baking directions to jar.
Cappuccino-Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix
BAKING Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat 1 egg in large bowl; stir
in 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted. Empty muffin
mix into bowl. Stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into 12 greased or
paper-lined medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool
5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

Create your own breakfast gift basket by filling a pretty basket with
the muffin mix, muffin tins, coffee and jar of jam.
Substitute:
Prepare as directed, using 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks and/or any
flavor GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL.
